Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy regarding 14-day free trials, subscription cancellations, and refund processing.

1. Free Trial Period
AGS RestroHub offers a 14-Day Free Trial on selected subscription plans. No credit card is required to initiate your trial, allowing you to test all POS, KOT, and table management features risk-free.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your restaurant SaaS subscription at any time through your Restaurant Settings panel or by submitting a request to support@agsrestro.com. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time paid plan subscribers are eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 days of their initial paid plan activation if the software fails to meet advertised specifications.
• Non-Refundable Items: Partial month usage or recurring subscription renewals after the 7-day initial window are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited directly back to your original payment method (Razorpay / Bank Account / UPI).
