1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using AGS RestroHub (a product of AGZ Technology Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our SaaS platform.
2. Account Security & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Super Admin, Restaurant Admin, Manager, and Staff logins). Any activity originating from your account is your sole responsibility.
3. Service Availability & Support
AGS RestroHub strives to deliver 99.9% cloud uptime for all registered restaurant outlets. We provide 24/7 technical support for POS terminal operations, KOT printing, and system configuration issues.
4. Subscriptions & Plan Limits
• Each plan (e.g., Basic, Pro) includes specific limits on active tables, team members, and menu items.
• Upgrading or renewing your subscription grants immediate access to expanded feature tiers.
• Accounts with expired subscriptions may experience restricted access to POS order creation until renewed.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
